McConnell Funds Management is a newly established business within McConnell Group. The McConnell Group of companies has been involved in the property development and construction industries since the early 1990’s primarily through property development (McConnell Property) and construction (Hawkins).

The establishment of McConnell Funds Management is the culmination of a strategic decision to introduce a model to the market which invests outside the traditional approach of buying and holding property as a long term investment. Instead, the McConnell Funds Management will invest in property assets that provide an opportunity to add value or be further developed utilising the expertise of both McConnell Group and the development and project management skills of McConnell Property.

The skill base within McConnell Funds Management is ideally positioned to create funds across the higher return spectrum, from enhanced funds through to development funds.
