Treena Paterson joined McConnell Group in 1996 after spending 3 years Auditing post her degree. Initially involved in the financial accounting of the Group and McConnell Property, Treena became the Commercial Manager for McConnell Property in 2005. Treena’s key role is to manage and oversee all commercial and financial matters affecting the performance of the business.

Treena has significant experience in statutory and financial management, the financial structuring of complex projects together with the preparation and negotiation of structured finance facilities.

Treena establishes and manages all operational and capital expenditure budgets as well as managing the accounting records to help ensure the successful delivery of McConnell Property’s developments.

Treena is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
